If you’re a busy mom like me, you know the morning struggle of hunting down your kids’ backpacks! Last year, this daily chaos had me rushing out the door for work more often than I’d like to admit. So, this school year, I decided to get ahead of it and create a school bag station for my two youngest. Now, when we get home from school and work, they place their backpacks right in the station. They can easily grab their homework in the evening and their bags in the morning—no more frantic searches!
We’ve been using this mom hack for about six months now, and it’s been a total lifesaver. I don’t have to run around looking for backpacks, and it’s so easy for the kids to just grab them and go.
I put this station together using ClosetMaid KidSpace Wood Locker from Walmart, but it’s also available on Amazon ClosetMaid KidSpace Wood Locker. I even added storage bins at the bottom for socks, jackets, and any other school essentials.
