One thing my kitchen was missing was counter space. Between cooking dinner, meal prepping for the week, and making fresh juice, I never had enough room to work. I wanted something that would give me extra workspace without making my kitchen feel crowded. That’s when I decided to add a rolling kitchen island, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite home upgrades.
The island I chose has everything I was looking for. It has a large work surface, extra storage for my juicer, crockpot, and small appliances, plus drawers and shelves to help keep everything organized. My favorite feature is the locking wheels because I can roll it into my laundry room when I’m not using it. During the week it’s perfect for cooking, and on the weekends it becomes my meal prep and juicing station.
